By accessing our website, requesting services or communicating with us, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Cranium IP provides Intellectual Property (IP) research, patent searches, patent drafting, prosecution support, patent intelligence services and related consulting. All deliverables are prepared based on the information and documents provided by the client.
Our work is intended for informational, strategic or technical support purposes. We do not provide legal opinions unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Provide accurate, complete and timely information required to perform the service.
• Review deliverables and notify us of any corrections or clarifications needed.
• Ensure all shared documents are legally owned or authorised for use.
• Use reports/deliverables responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
All materials, analyses, reports, drafts and documents created by Cranium IP remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables.
Clients must not reproduce, resell or distribute our work without permission.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all inventions, documents and business information shared with us. Information will not be disclosed to third parties unless:
• Required by law, or
• Explicitly authorised by the client.
• All invoices must be paid within the timeline mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
• Work may be paused if payments are delayed.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable due to the nature of IP-related services.
While we follow industry-standard research and drafting practices, Cranium IP is not liable for:
• Patent office outcomes or rejections
• Actions taken based on our reports without legal advice
• Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
